You do not need to take any action or re-register if your student currently has school bus transportation, and no changes are needed. Bus students will be automatically registered for bussing next year, with the exception of students whose distance eligibility has changed (eligibility distances change when entering Grade 1, Grade 4, or Grade 9), and returning Grade 12 students. Parents/guardians of students who are no longer eligible for bussing will be notified by email in July.
Please contact us by August 21st to ensure that any changes or new arrangements can be made in time for the first day of school. Consortium staff will be available throughout the summer to assist you with bussing arrangements for the 2024-2025 school year. Contact us by going to www.nwobus.ca, emailing bussing@nwobus.ca, or by calling 807-223-1256 or 1-866-860-7770.
All parents/guardians are reminded to check your bussing details before the start of the school year, as your bus number, bus stop, or stop times may have changed. You can do so in August using the NWOSSC Parent Portal app.
