All Keewatin Patricia District School Board elementary schools (Kindergarten to Grade 8, including Grade 7 and 8 programs in secondary schools) will be CLOSED to students tomorrow (Tuesday, February 11, 2020) as Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario (ETFO) members participate in a one-day full withdrawal of service. Bus service for KPDSB elementary students will be CANCELLED for the day. For information about job action in KPDSB schools please visit their website by clicking here.
KPDSB secondary schools (Grade 9 to 12) will remain open, and bus service will run as usual for secondary students. All KPDSB schools will open to students and regular bus service will resume on Wednesday, February 12.
Schools will be open and buses will run as usual on Tuesday for all students of the Northwest Catholic District School Board, Kenora Catholic District School Board, and Conseil scolaire de district catholique des Aurores boréales.
