Your bus information for the start of the 2020-2021 school year is now available through the NWOSSC Parent Portal. Due to the measures in place to mitigate risks associated with COVID-19 all routes have changed from the previous school year, so it is important that all families check their bus information through the Parent Portal. We ask that you check your bus information now, and again before your first day of school in case there are any changes to bus route timing.
To access the Parent Portal go to https://www.nwobus.ca/parent-portal/. If this is your first time using the portal, you will need to create an account and then add your students using the following information:
- Your child’s Ontario Education Number (OEN) / Student ID – this 9 digit number that can be found on your child’s report card;
- Grade for the 2020-2021 school year;
- School; and
- Birth Date.
Your child will have an assigned seat on the bus. The Bus Driver will let them know where to sit when boarding the bus. We are not able to accommodate requests for seating assignments at this time.
Please review our webpage to learn more about steps being taken to mitigate risks and ensure that students continue to arrive at school safely, on time, and ready to learn during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. https://www.nwobus.ca/return-to-school-transportation-covid-19/ This information includes how to prepare your child for the bus ride, and parent’s daily responsibility to assess their child’s health before sending them to the school bus.
Our office remains closed to the public but our team are available to assist you. Please contact us by email at bussing@nwobus.ca or www.nwobus.ca/contact-us
