This morning we experienced technical issues that prevented subscribers from receiving text message alerts about the bus cancellation affecting all areas today. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. We are working to resolve these issues, but may experience further disruptions to text message alerts.
Extreme cold weather is expected to continue in northwestern Ontario through the week. Please watch for email alerts related to service cancellations, and please be reminded that all bus cancellations and delays over 15 minutes are first posted on www.nwobus.ca under Bus Status. A green status indicates that all buses are running on time, yellow indicates that some routes are delayed or cancelled (routes will be listed), and a red status indicates that our entire system is impacted.
If you are unsure if buses are running, especially during periods of inclement weather or extreme cold, please check your Bus Status at www.nwobus.ca.
