As you may have noticed, we experienced some technical issues this morning that resulted in delayed email alerts about today’s school bus cancellations. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused. The issues have been resolved, and we’re working to make sure that it doesn’t happen again.
We would like to take this opportunity to let you know about the other components of our alerts system. In addition to email alerts, we provide text message alerts for delays, cancellations, or other timely and community-specific information (sign up by clicking here). We also post information about the status of school bus routes in real time on our website at www.nwobus.ca .
